Users are encouraged to cancel or reschedule sessions at least 24 hours in advance through the P2P messaging system.
Frequent cancellations or failure to attend sessions may lead to a temporary suspension of the user's ability to request new skills, as monitored by the Admin control panel.
Digital certificates generated by the LMS Lite module are final once issued.
In the event of a technical error during certificate generation (e.g., incorrect student name or skill title), users can contact Zakwan, Ejaj, Fariz, or Syamil for a manual correction and re-issuance.
We do not offer compensation for system downtime or REST API connectivity issues, as this is a student-led prototype.
