Refund Policy

UniKL SkillSwap: Exchange & Resolution Policy


1. Non-Monetary Nature

  • The platform does not facilitate, process, or store any financial transactions.

  • As no payments are made for services, no cash refunds will be issued by the development team or UniKL MIIT.

2. Session Disputes and "Time-Credit" Resolution

  • If a scheduled skill-sharing session does not occur due to a peer's absence, the "Learner" can report the "No-Show" via the Skill Management dashboard.

  • Upon verification, the student's status will be reset, allowing them to request a new session with a different mentor without any penalty to their progress tracking.

  • The AI Tutor remains available 24/7 to provide immediate assistance if a peer mentor is unavailable, ensuring the student's learning time is not entirely lost.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Users are encouraged to cancel or reschedule sessions at least 24 hours in advance through the P2P messaging system.

  • Frequent cancellations or failure to attend sessions may lead to a temporary suspension of the user's ability to request new skills, as monitored by the Admin control panel.

4. Digital Product Integrity

  • Digital certificates generated by the LMS Lite module are final once issued.

  • In the event of a technical error during certificate generation (e.g., incorrect student name or skill title), users can contact Zakwan, Ejaj, Fariz, or Syamil for a manual correction and re-issuance.

5. Technical Issues and AI Assistance

  • We do not offer compensation for system downtime or REST API connectivity issues, as this is a student-led prototype.

  • If the AI Tutor provides unsatisfactory guidance, students are encouraged to provide feedback through the Contact Us page to help refine the system architecture.
